I haven't been to New York since July '95. Would absolutely love to go back. I had a great time there. I didn't see the Statue of Liberty of the Empire State Building, but I did go to the world-famous CBGB's music club (sadly, now closed) and see a local band play. Greenwich Village was a cool place to hang out.

You have to love a town where you can get almost everything you need within a mile of where ever you are staying. My favorite part is walking out of my uncles house, walking to the corner bakery picking up some pastries and grabbing a hot dog and a pepsi on the way back to the house.
